The HVA visits with Randy Withrow and John Omenski of the U.S. Veterans Memorial Museum in Huntsville, Alabama and WWII U.S. Army Mechanic, Ed Welburn Sr. to discuss the importance of the Jeep. The 1940 Ford Pilot Model GP-No.1 Pygmy that is featured is the oldest surviving “jeep,” and remains virtually unrestored! It has been documented by the Historic Vehicle Association for inclusion on the National Historic Vehicle Register to reside in the Library of Congress.
