The film was done around 1947 around the Angele’s Flight area of Down Town Los Angeles. The reason for the film is unknown although I suspect that it was Studio Footage for projections used during filming Driving scenes. These type of shots would be projected on a screen behind the driver and passenger so that the car looked like it was driving down the road while being filmed on a sound stage.
