Every year I travel out to see the folks in California for Christmas. Last year we had a great visit with Victor at Reds Headers who was kind enough to let us into the shop just a day or so before Christmas and then again to get some bonus footage between Christmas and New Year’s. We had some technical issues while filming, which is why the video sat on the shelf for so long. Recently I reviewed the footage again and realized I owe it to the team at Red’s to share with our members, whom have never been into the shop. You really need to see the great work that Victor, the owner of Red’s Headers, is doing to keep this wonderful company’s history moving forward and growing in the small family-owned area known as Chiriaco Summit Ca.
Red’s Headers is so much more than just a great shop to get a quality set of Headers. Red’s Headers has been a Supporter and Sponsor of the Flat-Spot for years now. The shop is one of the few that I lean on and can honestly recommend without any worries to people who are new to the hobby. Why? Because Victor understands flathead’s and early Fords. He listens to you, knows what you need, and isn’t going to push you into anything you don’t want. He will work with you to make sure you get the right part and the best service. That is something many brick and mortar locations can’t offer these days.
Victor at Red’s Headers is knowledgeable and carries a wonderful line of parts for Flathead V8’s along with his outstanding Header products. I cannot say this enough. Reds headers is one of my favorite Speed Shops in California and if you haven’t stopped in or at the very least given their website Reds-Headers.net a look, your missing out on one of the last great Hot Rod shops you can still call up and get a person who can really help you with your project and supply some of the best parts on the market at the best prices around.
